HARMONY JOURNEY 12-WEEK TRANSFORMATION — Cancellation Policy

Thank you for investing in yourself and in your journey to harmony. Please read the following cancellation policy carefully before booking.

Payment Payment for the Harmony Journey 12-Week Transformation program is due in full prior to the start of your first session, unless a payment plan has been arranged. All payments are non-refundable once the program has begun.

Cancellation & Refunds If you need to cancel your enrollment prior to your first session, please notify Jennifer Savage at jenn@savagesuccesslifecoaching.com at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made before the program begins may be eligible for a credit toward a future program or service at Jennifer's discretion. Once the program has begun, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Rescheduling Individual Sessions Life happens — I get it! If you need to reschedule an individual session within the program, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited and cannot be made up.

No Shows Missed sessions without prior notice will be forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Program Pause In the event of an emergency or extenuating circumstance, please reach out directly at jenn@savagesuccesslifecoaching.com to discuss options. Pausing the program is at Jennifer's sole discretion and is handled on a case-by-case basis.

One-Time Purchase The 14-Day Cleanse is a one-time digital product purchase. Once your payment is processed and your PDF guide has been delivered, your purchase is complete and final.

No Refunds Due to the instant delivery nature of this digital product, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once the PDF guide has been accessed or downloaded.

Monthly Subscription — $27/Month Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting Jennifer at jenn@savagesuccesslifecoaching.com. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following month. No refunds will be issued for the current active billing period.

Quarterly Subscription — $75/Quarter (Save $6) Your subscription will automatically renew every three months until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting Jennifer at jenn@savagesuccesslifecoaching.com. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following quarter. No refunds will be issued for the current active billing period.

Annual Subscription — $270/Year (Save $54) Your subscription will automatically renew annually until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting Jennifer at jenn@savagesuccesslifecoaching.com. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the following year. No refunds will be issued for the current active billing period.

Gift Monthly — $27/Month Gift subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a gift subscription has been purchased and delivered to the recipient, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. The recipient may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting Jennifer at jenn@savagesuccesslifecoaching.com at least 48 hours before the next renewal date.

Gift Annual — $270 One-Time Gift annual subscriptions are a one-time purchase and are non-refundable. Once purchased and delivered to the recipient, no refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason.

Delivery — Upon purchase confirmation you will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to access your Guided Daily Reflections program. Your daily reflections will be delivered straight to your inbox each morning so you can start every day with intention and purpose.
